5 out of 5 stars useful item   September 8, 2010
Why
This tool is very handy it is slightly smaller than I thought from ads,but fits into pocket very well and is truly a good size for the work it is designed to do.

I'm so upset! I bought this two days ago, been putting it to use and it's a nice tool, had it on my key chain. The carabiner seemed a bit weak so I thought of attaching it with the hole through my key ring, but didn't get to it in time. Went to work and noticed it was missing shortly thereafter. I can't believe I already lost it! I can't find it anywhere. I'm thinking of getting another one, this time putting a key ring through the hole and attaching a screwgate carabiner to insure that it doesn't fall off my key chain again.

Small and handy. Smaller version of the Skeletool, Great item to have in your pocket and it carries with it the Leatherman quality.

Leatherman CS Multi-Tool is smaller than other Leatherman tools, surprisingly so. It's great for what it is; decently light weight, well machined, and the tools are excellent. The scissors are long enough to be useful, the knife is great for small jobs, the file works great as a small slotted screwdriver or for prying small items. The tweezers aren't terribly useful, but usable. My only real gripe (besides it being smaller than expected, is that the clip doesn't double as bottle opener. That would really make this a well rounded pocket tool.

Great little knife comes very sharp. The easy release clip seems like it has the potential to accidentally open and lose it though. The scissors are very good for such a small set. The tweezers are about what you would expect from such a small tool, they do alright. This has the best file of any mini multi-tool I have used, and I have used a lot.
Compared to the Gerber Splice, this tool is less solidly built, but has much better quality knife and file.
